Bunkie Rates Lower Beverley Lake Park

Bunkies

Each bunkie is equipped with a table/chair set, a futon, and a bunk bed sized as double and single.
Units are available daily throughout the season.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Owners of articles/possessions left behind in the bunkies have until the end of the camping season to reclaim their items. Items will not be saved over the winter months.

Cottages

All cottages are equipped with electric heat, hot and cold running water, a fridge and stove, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. A fire pit, picnic table and a barbeque are also provided; propane tanks are not provided. All cottages will sleep 5 occupants. Cottages are not equipped with bedding, pillows or televisions.
All cottages are equipped with numerous amenities.

Units are available daily during May, June, September and October.
Units are available weekly (Saturday to Saturday) during July and August.

Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Cottage Beverley Lake Park

RESERVATION POLICY

Deposit equivalent to two nights stay plus a taxable non-refundable reservation fee is required to finalize the transaction.

Cottages cannot be reserved for more than one year in advance. From mid-June to Labour Day weekend, patrons will have first option to reserve this same cottage for the same period during the upcoming year providing that the reservation deposit is received at the Gate House prior to 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Reservations during the remaining shoulder season dates are based upon a first come, first-served basis.

SECURITY POLICY

A refundable deposit of $350.00 will be required at the time of check-in.

COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received at least 90 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit. The reservation fee remains non-refundable. Cancellations received less than 90 days prior to arrival will not have their deposit refunded. Cottage reservations are not transferable.

Campsites

Each site has a 6-person limit. 
2 tents or 1 trailer & 1 tent are permitted on a site.
Permission may be granted for an additional tent in extenuating circumstances.
Automatic site-specific renewal is not guaranteed from one year to another.
1 vehicle is permitted on a campsite.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon / Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Sites not occupied by noon on the second day of the reservation will be considered vacant.

SITE CANCELLATION POLICY

Notice must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival for refund. · Refunds are not issued in the event of inclement weather.
